- Account data (email, password hash) — for registration, login and billing.
- Usage and job data (jobs, credits, progress) — to provide the service.
- Uploaded footage — may contain personal data (faces, licence plates). We process it on your instructions to create your edit (processing on behalf, Art. 28 GDPR) and publish nothing.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for account, processing and billing; legal obligations (lit. c) for tax retention; legitimate interests (lit. f) for security and abuse prevention.
4. Storage and deletion
Uploaded raw material is deleted automatically a short time after processing; result files are removed after a defined period. Account data is stored until the account is deleted; tax-relevant data for the statutory retention periods.
5. Processors and storage location
To provide the service we use service providers (hosting/object storage, compute/render capacity, payment processing). We conclude data-processing agreements with them and choose, as far as possible, processing within the EU. For transfers to third countries we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise them, an email to admin@dronecutai.com is sufficient.
7. Cookies
We use a technically necessary session cookie for login. It is required for operation and does not need consent.
