Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

You must send a clear statement, for example by email, informing us of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no reimbursement fee will be charged. Unused credits granted by the withdrawn purchase are removed from the account.

Early expiry for paid digital content

For paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires early when all statutory requirements are met: performance has begun; the consumer expressly agreed that performance may begin before the withdrawal period expires; the consumer confirmed awareness that the right of withdrawal is lost when performance begins; and the consumer received confirmation on a durable medium.

For a confirmed render, AiCutting requests this consent through an unticked checkbox before deducting credits and starting the render. The consent is stored with its timestamp and legal text version. A downloadable order record remains available on the corresponding job page.

“I expressly request that AiCutting begin rendering immediately, before the withdrawal period expires. I understand that my right of withdrawal for this paid digital result ends when performance begins.”
