Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AiCutting, Address to be added, Germany, admin@dronecutai.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital content)

For contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium (here: unlocking and downloading a finished video edit), your right of withdrawal expires if you

• have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and
• have confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (§ 356(5) of the German Civil Code, BGB).

We collect this express consent via a checkbox at the unlock step and confirm it to you. Without this consent, no immediate unlocking takes place.
